By Working With Me, You Agree:

All consulting, strategy, automation, and support services are provided on a best-effort basis, based on the information and access you provide.
Timelines and deliverables are defined clearly before the start of each project or monthly service.
You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any required access to tools or platforms.
All advice, documents, systems, and automations delivered remain your property once the project is completed and paid in full.
I reserve the right to refuse or stop a project if ethical, legal, or safety concerns arise.
Prices for services or subscriptions may change with prior notice.

For Fairness and Clarity:

Consulting sessions (1:1 calls, workshops) are refundable up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Completed work, including strategy, automations, system setup, and digital assets, cannot be refunded once delivered.
For monthly subscriptions, you may cancel anytime, and the service will continue until the end of the paid period. Future months will not be charged.
If a technical issue or error on my side prevents delivery, a partial or full refund may be offered at my discretion.

Your Privacy Matters — How Your Data Is Handled:

I only collect the information necessary to deliver the services you request.
Your data, business details, and documents are kept strictly confidential and never shared with third parties without your consent.
All platforms and tools used in our work follow GDPR requirements.
You may request the removal of your data at any time by contacting me directly.
I do not sell, trade, or rent client information.
